Badalassi Carlo Waxy Pullup Cowhide
Well that is a mouthful. You really gotta be careful saying that first bit...shew. ANYWAYS. This is my most popular material for rebinding. The quality of the leather is outstanding, the look is appealing long after the first glance. This a smooth, almost firm feeling leather. It comes in many different shades, so feel free to request photos if you’d like to see more. This leather patinas over time, as the oils in your hand smooth the leather, and darkens the color.
Badalassi Loch Ness Cowhide
Mud Walpier used to be my favorite cowhide…until this happened! With this smooth, pull-up style cowhide, the deep grain and supple feel will pull you in. While similar to Mud Walpier, I’ve found this to be more consistent in its inconsistencies…if that makes any sense. The wild grainy patterns have been cool to see in each new hide. I definitely recommend!
